service like SBC, MCI, Sprint, SWBT, etc?

A. No. TerraBreeze only deals with the needs of our customers
premise equipment requirements.

Q. What do you mean by premise equipment?

A. Premise equipment are your business telephone systems,
phones, etc. & any other ancillary communications needs at your
businesses location.

Q. Does TerraBreeze have any concerns or restrictions in working
with other telecommunications providers or vendors?

A. ABSOLUTELY NOT! We at TerraBreeze pride ourselves in
making customer satisfaction our only goal. If we believe you can
get a better deal with another company, WE WILL TELL YOU and
make that recommendation.

Q. Are you saying TerraBreeze can and will coordinate the entire
painful process of having my services totally installed?

A. ABSOLUTELY! As your consultant in all areas of our business
we will always be happy and eager to coordinate ALL your
low-voltage needs.

Q. Does TerraBreeze offer Intercom systems?

A. ABSOLUTELY! We offer a wide range of intercom products
and door answering systems, including video intercoms.

Q. What type of communications products does TerraBreeze
offer?

A. We offer a wide range of systems platforms such as Avaya,
Intertel, Comdial, Nortel, and Aiphone to name a few.

Q. What is Access Security?

A. These are products that utilizes many different types of door
access security such as; telephones, push button keypads, card
swipes, smart cards, finger print and retinal recognition, etc or a
combination of many of these products.

Q. What kind of businesses use Access Security?

A. A few of these are Banks, Self-Storage Facilities, Warehouses,
Governmental Agencies such as the IRS - GSA - State & Local
Governments, Manufacturing Plants, Hospitals, & Research
Organizations, any business looking to control outside access to a
part or all of its' facility(s).

Q. What kind of access security products does TerraBreeze offer?

A. We offer, install, maintain, & repair just about any system that a
customer needs for their business.

Q. Are any of these products able to be used remotely or
networkable?

A. Absolutely!

Video Surveillance

Q. What kind of Closed Circuit Television Surveillance Systems
can TerraBreeze provide?

A. We work with just about any system a customer may want to
use for their facility. We specialize in Honeywell, Toshiba, Digitech,
Panasonic, Sony, JVC, and Everfocus products from a proven
reliability perspective in both the digital cameras and digital video
recorders (DVR).

Q. How much equipment do I have to purchase?

A. TerraBreeze will work closely with you so that your systems are
sized exactly as you want. In other words, if your needs are small
or large that's what we design for. If you are planning for future
phases or expansion we can plan for that future and only place
equipment for what your immediate needs are but building in the
flexibility and infra-structure for your planned growth.

Q. Are we limited in the size and accessibility of any of the video
surveillance platforms designed by TerraBreeze?

A. Absolutely Not! Many of the platforms we work with are both
linkable to as many as 1000 cameras as well as having the
capability to be networked on LANs, WANs, and over the Internet.

Q. I've always moved away from video because the pictures are
just so unclear and we just don 't have the space to store all those
video tapes.

A. Most of the digital video systems TerraBreeze offers are of the
finest quality pictures, many as good as the picture you see on
your computer and some equivalent to HD Television. Storage is
no longer an issue as many systems can be engineered to
internally store as much as six months of video with optional
CDRW and DVDRW capabilities.
